How to Process Non-Financial Contracts-Add Parties
This guide will provide detailed instructions for adding contract parties to the Non-Financial Contracts in the Oracle cloud. From navigating through contract management to filling in specific fields, follow the steps to efficiently manage the parties involved in the Non-Financial Contracts.
Click on the Contracts sub-menu under the Contract Management menu.
Enter the specific details in the various available parameters and click on Search.
Oracle Cloud will show the result as per the values entered in the search parameters. Select the contract in which you want to add parties and click on the edit button.
Navigate to the “Parties” section.
Click the Plus icon to add parties.
Click on Role “Drop Down”.
Select the “Customer” in the Role field.
Click the name field “Drop-down” and search and select the customer that you want to add.
Scroll down to the customer contact section. Click on the plus icon to create a customer contact.
Click on the Role field “Drop down”. Select “Customer contact” in the provided field.
Click on the “search icon” of the Name field.
You can search from various parameters such as Name or Email Address. Provide the detail in the Name field and Initiate a search by clicking on “Search.”
Search and select the appropriate Customer Contact Name.
Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the contract details. Click on Save and Close to close the contract for future use.
