How to Copy a Goal in Oracle HCM Goal Management

Navigate to Goal Management:
Go to the Goals section under the employee or manager self-service portal. -
Select the Goal to Copy:
Locate the goal you wish to copy from your list of existing goals. -
Copy Option:
Click on the goal, then select the Copy action. This option may appear as a button or in a dropdown menu, depending on your HCM setup. -
Modify the Copied Goal (if needed):
After copying, the new goal will appear in edit mode. You can modify any details, such as:- Goal Title: Change the title if needed for clarity.
- Description and Metrics: Update specific metrics or targets.
- Time Frame: Adjust the goal dates or deadline.

Once modifications are complete, save the new goal, and it will appear in your goal list as a separate entry.
