As an employee in Oracle Cloud Goal Management, viewing your own goals allows you to track your progress, review assigned goals, and understand how your objectives align with organizational expectations. Here’s how you can view your goals:
Steps to View Employee Goals:
1. Log in to Oracle Cloud
- Use your employee credentials to log in to the Oracle Cloud platform.
2. Navigate to My Goals
- From the Home page, access the Navigator menu.
- Under the Me section, click on My Goals. This will take you to a page where all your assigned goals are displayed.
3. View Active Goals
- In the My Goals section, you will see a list of your active goals. These goals are typically part of an ongoing performance cycle or review period.
- For each goal, you can see:
- Goal Title: The name of the goal.
- Description: A brief explanation of the goal’s purpose.
- Due Date: The target date for completing the goal.
- Status: Whether the goal is in progress, not started, or completed.
- Progress: A progress bar showing how much of the goal is complete.
- Weight: The goal’s importance relative to your other goals (if assigned).
4. View Goal Details
- To view more information about a specific goal, click on the goal’s name. This opens the detailed goal page, where you can see:
- Detailed Description: More in-depth information about the goal’s expectations.
- Milestones: If any milestones have been set, you can view their status.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Metrics that will be used to measure your success in achieving the goal.
- Target Completion Date: The deadline for completing the goal.
5. Update Goal Progress (If Applicable)
- Depending on your organization’s configuration, you may be able to update your goal progress manually.
- If allowed, you can enter progress updates or mark milestones as completed.
- Click on Update Progress (if available) and enter the current percentage of completion or add comments to document your progress.
6. View Historical or Completed Goals
- If you want to view goals from past performance cycles or those that you’ve completed, you can select the Completed or All Goals filter from the drop-down menu.
- This will show you goals that have been marked as completed in prior performance periods or review cycles.
