Issue Description:
The benefits report is expected to return only active employees when run for the current period ending on February 24th. However, it is also fetching data for terminated employees, which is incorrect. This report is crucial for our operations and requires immediate attention.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Oracle Cloud GL reporting module. Select the benefits report. Set the parameter date to the current period ending on February 24th. Run the report.
Expected Behavior:
The report should only return active employees for the current period ending on February 24th.
Actual Behavior:
The report returns data for both active and terminated employees.
