How to Manage Requisitions
This guide will walk you through the process of managing your requisitions in Oracle Self Service Procurement Cloud. From accessing the purchase requisitions to utilizing advanced management features, follow these instructions to streamline your manage requisition processes efficiently.
On your Oracle Fusion home page, under procurement offering, select the purchase requisition tab.
In the requisitions work area, click on the Manage Requisitions link.
Enter any criteria by which you want to search for your requisition. Here, we are searching from Entered By. We need to mention the name of the person in the Entered By. At least one of the criteria marked with double asterisks need to be populated to perform a search.
Once your criteria to search requisitions are defined, click on the Search button to initiate the search of the requisitions.
In the Search Results, you will be able to see the requisitions which are fulfilling your search criteria.
In order to take actions on your requisition, select the record and click on the actions dropdown.
Once you open the actions dropdown, there are multiple options available to take actions on requisition line such as Duplicate, Export to Excel, Cancel Requisition, Reassign, View Document History. We will see each action function in detail in respective separate manuals.
