Login to Oracle Fusion:
- Navigate to the Oracle Fusion application and log in using your credentials.

Navigate to Workforce Structures:
- From the Home screen, click on the Navigator (menu icon at the top-left).
- Go to My Workforce > Workforce Structures.

Select Jobs:
- Under the Workforce Structures page, select the Jobs task.
- You will be taken to the Manage Jobs page.

Create a New Job:
- Click the Add (+) icon to create a new job.
