Update Recurring Element Entry

a recurring element entry in Oracle HCM, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Person Management:

  • Go to the Home page.
  • Select the Person Management task under My Workforce.

2. Search for the Employee:

  • Enter the employee’s name or number in the search bar.
  • Click Search and select the employee from the results.

3. Go to Element Entries:

  • Once in the employee’s profile, select the Manage Element Entries option under the employee’s actions.

4. Select the Recurring Element:

  • In the Element Entries page, locate the recurring element that you want to update.
  • Click on the element name to open its details.

5. Update Element Details:

  • Update the required fields, such as:
    • Effective Date: Change the effective date of the element if needed.
    • Input Values: Modify the values, such as amounts, percentages, or other element-specific information.
  • You can also update end dates or other metadata depending on the element setup.

6. Save:

  • After making the necessary changes, click Save and then Close.

7. Validate:

  • Review the changes by searching for the employee and verifying that the updated element entry reflects correctly
