How to Create project budget version using FBDI spreadsheet – Run the schedule process in Oracle.

Access the tools menu.

Click 'Tools'

Click On Scheduled Processes

Click here

Initiate scheduling a new process.

Click 'Schedule New Process'

Choose Load Interface File for Import and click ‘OK’

Click 'OK'

Initiate a search by clicking on “Search…”

Click 'Search...'

Select “Import Project Budgets”.

Click 'Import Project Budgets'

Click on the drop down to upload the ZIP file

Click here

Click on the Upload a new file to upload the ZIP file

Click 'Upload a new file'

Click on choose file and select the zip file

Fill 'C:\fakepath\PjoBudgetsXface.zip'

Submit the form by clicking on “Submit”.

Click 'Submit'

Select “OK” to confirm.

Click 'OK'

Initiate scheduling a new process.

Click 'Schedule New Process'

Select the Refresh icon to check the status of the scheduled process

Click here

Select “Import Project Budgets”.

Click 'Import Project Budgets'

Select “OK” to confirm.

Click 'OK'

Select the appropriate Project as needed or leave blank to process for all projects.

Click 'From Project Name Search and Select: From Project Name  SearchAdvancedMatchMatchAllAnyName NameNumber Number SearchReset NameNumberNo rows to display OKCancelAutocompletes on TABBusiness World PPM...'

Click on submit button to complete the process

Click 'm'

Select the “OK” option

Click 'OK'

Once the Load process is successful you can click on the output report to view accepted Budgets.
