Overview of Supplier Portal Dashboard
In this guide, we will explore the Supplier Portal Dashboard functions and infolets available in Oracle Fusion. Please follow the detailed steps to use the supplier portal efficiently.
After logging on to Oracle Fusion, navigate to the Supplier Portal tab and click on the Supplier Portal infotile.
In the Supplier Portal, you will find various infolets available. An infolet is a small interactive widget that provides key information and shows you what’s happening in the areas you work on.
In the Requiring Attention infolet, you will see different documents that require your immediate attention, such as Agreements to Acknowledge, Orders to Acknowledge, Schedules Overdue or Due Today, Negotiation Responses, Questionnaires, Negotiation Messages, and more.
In the Recent Activity infolet, you will be able to view Orders Opened, Receipts, and Payments that have occurred in the last 7 and 30 days.
In the Transaction Reports infolet, you will be able to view the PO Purchase Amount, Invoice Amount, and Invoice Price Variance Amount that have occurred in the last 7 and 30 days.
In the Supplier News infolet, you will be able to view information published by the Buying Organization. This can include important messages or instructions for the supplier.
In Tasks under the Supplier Portal, you will be able to view tasks available to suppliers for business activities such as Manage Purchase Orders, View Invoices, View Payments, View Agreements, and more. The tasks available will depend on the roles assigned to the Supplier Portal User.
