How to add a new Manager Type?

1) Go to setup and maintenance.
2) Search and go to task “manage common lookup”
3) search for PER_SUPERVISOR_TYPE

You can only add manager types , you cannot remove existing ones as PER_SUPERVISOR_TYPE is Extensible lookup type
