Inability to View Employees Across Business Units in Benefits Administration

When accessing the benefits administration in Oracle Cloud benefits, users are unable to view employees outside of their designated business group or business unit. This issue prevents users from managing employees from both Business Unit A and Business Unit B, which is critical during the open enrollment season.
