Issue Description:
I’m having issues with accessing the benefits page and I need to complete my open enrollment. I am providing a screenshot with all the details. Please assist.
Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the Oracle Cloud GL homepage. Click on the Benefits tab. Attempt to access the Open Enrollment section.
Expected Behavior: The benefits page should load successfully, allowing the user to complete their open enrollment.
Actual Behavior: The benefits page fails to load, preventing the user from completing their open enrollment.
