Navigate to the open enrollment section in the benefits portal. Attempt to enroll in a plan. Observe the available plan options.
Expected Behavior:
The user should be able to see and enroll in the FSA plan along with the medical, vision, and dental plans.
Actual Behavior:
The user only sees options for medical, vision, and dental plans, but the FSA plan is missing.
